Info on Kustom K Studio 2 valve guitar head

I'm looking for some info about this I've found an online ad for the same head on a pretty good price but can't seem to find much info about these, here's a link from old listing on Reverb that I found, it has better pictures than the ad I found:

It seems it has two 6l6 tubes and I'm seeing some more empty sockets or whatever?
