Since when is the US at DEFCON 2? Officially we are at 4, last time we were at 2 was the gulf war.

Other countries don’t even use the defcon system.

Russia announced they went to d2 about five days back. the us is legally obligated to match... There were a few write up in the side news about it...

India and packistan have already shot nuke missiles at each other in the infamous summer's : "Indian maintenance issue" They are both still at d2 because of it.

Iran, N korea, all are hot as well to match...
