BBS02 Wobbly Pedalling

Hey everyone, I've just recently fitted a BBS02 to my Merida Silex 300. Straightaway it feels like there is some wobbly to the pedals or cranks, the pedals no longer feel strong and stable like they used to.

Has anyone had this before and is there an easy fix? Can't for the life of me figure it out.
