CHM247 in my 4th year and chm136 in my first

Hey guys, in order to apply to MD in the US, I need to take a year of orgochem, however last time I took chm136 was in first year. I've forgotten most of the content and I wanted to ask if I should take CHM247. Would it be heavily dependant on CHM136 or will they start anew ?
