I'm being haunted by a podcast

I use Spotify on both my mobile and PC. I listened to this one podcast I absolutely cannot stand one time, and now it seems there's no way to block/delete it. I don't follow it, I've rated 1 star, it's actually kind of a bummer because of all things on the web my Spotify is probably the least stained, and now I have to listen to Microsoft Sam get off to ghosts and even more silly stuff. Please don't say three dots, because I've been trying to figure out how to dismiss this horrid suggestion. I gotta be the only listener. Bless them but... £uc|{
