[Routine Help] Help with redness and acne scaring

Hello! After having battled pretty heavy acne up until mid mid twenties and more or less giving up on taking care of my face, I've been able to get it down to a manageable level now. I wash and moisturize my face daily now, but I still suffer redness and acne scars. Anything I can do improve it or do I need to see a dermatologist to get treatment?
