Ebay listing shows as ended and sales have stopped

Hello everyone. I started selling on eBay in November and I was having a good run till mid February when my sales made a dramatic decline. I last made a sale on February 22 2023. I have all my listings (total 7) on good till cancelled so they have been renewing automatically. Now my issue is when I am logged in and visit 6 of my items, eBay shows items as ended. I am not surprised as I have been seeing almost no views anymore for these items. Now this particular item that last sold was only listed on Feb 16th, and it is the only one that is promoted but also shows as ended when I am logged in. When I view them from another browser when not logged in they show no issues at all.

I have 100% feedback rating, all my items are delivered within 24-48 hours, I offer good packaging, reasonable pricing, free returns up to 30 days, free postage. I have had buyers who had problems with first time use but have always sorted that via messages and they leave positive feedback. My seller performance rating in the dashboard is also above average as there are no dents. I am using a business seller account with verified business details and account.

What could be the problem? Should I manually end those listings and list them again? I am new to this eBay seller thing please be kind with me. Thank you strangers.
