New to the game, have some questions.

I am using the F1 2022 mod and I have upgraded my car and still get very slow times. Any suggestions for faster times, my cars are around 97 percent for set ups. Is it just the strong teams like red bull always going get pole? Also anyway to make the other teams pit more, before they run out of tires all together?
