I sell my stuff but no one can see in my depot. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have 3 cities, 2 of which were in a club and recently got this bug in which I posted stuff in my depot but no one could see. My 3rd city is city level 11 so it wasn't in a club and there was no problem selling stuff. I had this bug in both my cities for 4 days straight and on the 4th day, I posted sugar and advertised it and ppl could finally see stuff in my store. Now, we were in war and this bug started again right after I had sold a gas to one of the members for full price. I tried the advertised trick again but it wasnt working. I can't play like this anymore, I have to transfer stuff between my cities and help members when they need it. Is this happening with anyone else? Can someone plz help me understand what is the problem? Should I reinstall game?
