Other fish eating bottom feeders food

3 times a week I drop a shrimp/carnivore pellet down in my tank for my catfish, but all of my swimmers always peck at it and eat it up. Woke up this morning to my drawf gourami with a longgggg shrimp pellet colored poop. Assuming that means he ate most of that pellet. I’m not so much worried about my catfish not eating, but how to stop my other fish from overeating when I do feed the bottom ones?
