Is it possible to somehow extend PCIE slots?

Basically, I want to build a pc but I have a problem.

The mobo is a Z790 Aero G and the graphics card is a dual-slot RX 6750XT.
I also want to buy an Elgato 4K60 Pro. It's internal, but the problem is that the mobo has the PCIE slots right beside each other. Is there any way to still put it in the computer? Thanks
