New RCA:POV Car INSURANCE

I purchased an older Honda CRV for my deliveries. Called today to insure it and when the rep asked what I was using it for I said USPS and she said it is not an acceptable vehicle for mail deliveries and wouldn’t insure it for that… not sure what that even means 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just said ok just insure it for full coverage as personal driver. … is this common? I have Progressive
