I just hit styro for the first time in like over a year and I don't feel too good

Ok, so I recently relapsed after a very long time of being clean. I would think I'm a veteran on this stuff bc I've been on and off since I was 13, I'm 18 now. But I hit really deep on my abdomen and I feel really nauseous and just really sick. Idk if I'm like in shock or whatever. But like I've had wayy deeper before but this is throwing me off. Idk what to do
