My school didn't thought us how to make a proper thesis/research paper.

Hello, Im a graduating grade-12 student, and my batch wasn't thought how to make a proper thesis.

Before im attending this school, i was really looking forward to learn about research and thesis making, (mahilig kasi ako mag experiment and explore haha). At tsaka i've heard na yung school ay may magagaling na teachers, bonus pa malapit sa bahay ko. Ang cons lang ay private, kailangan mag labas ng datong.

Anyways, nag enroll ako. Dahil pandemic pa that time online class lang kami. I've attended all classes then ayan na Research subject na, excited-excited ako noon, pina group kami ng aming teacher then pinaisip kami ng maayos na title. Then thats it.

Walang discussion upon making Chap 1 or other chapters. Di rin kami tinuruan ng proper structure ng research. We have text manuals pero im really slow at understanding things. May youtube at google rin pero yup slow ako. Mas prefer turuan ako ng face to face.

Nag meet lang kami ng teacher na yun ay 4 times, bilang ko. Ang dahilan niya lagi ay busy. (He was a Doctor and a Vice President at our school that time. Wala rin teachers na can spot him to teach us.) Pero come on, at least maglaan ka ng time sa students mo or make alternative ways. Yung assistant niya wala rin alam, ang tanging sinasabi lang "guys magpasa na raw po kayo ng manuscript sa research bla- bla". Nagpasa ako ng thesis namin noh Chap1-3 halatang sabog sabog talaga ang gawa, tas yung grades namin sa research ay 90+. Tuwang tuwa naman mga groupmates ko eh, pero me nahhh wala naman akong natutuhan this sy. Narinig ko rin na nag resign na yung research teacher ko. ptngina

My batch have to self-study talaga, it was so drastic, the honor students have said it too. Dumating na yung ftf kinabahan ako dahil sa defense, hindi pa polished lahat-lahat. Dagdag pa mga groupmates ko na medjo mahina. Nung nag proposal defense na kami, madaming criticisms about sa paper, (which i expected it to) gusto ko sumbatan mga panelists na "kung kami ay tinuruan , edi maayos yan."

Yung next batch namin ay sila lang nakaranas ng maayos na turo sa research dahil iba na ang nagtuturo, nakakaingit. Feeling ko nag sayang family ko ng pera sa tuition. Nakasulat pa man din sa goals ng school; "to prepare students for high education." F.u. I was dreaming to take masters pa naman.

Im scared na i lack of knowledge sa thesis making. Good luck sa akin sa college.
