Think I’m done

It took 2 months to get an appointment at the dealer.

• All four tires that came on my car had defects to the sidewall, dealer confirms it’s the case but says they can’t do anything. Need to bring it to a Michelin tire.

• Hitch rattle not fixed

• Seat creaking on left turn not fixed

• software update didn’t work

Dealer service advisor kept telling me I needed to give them a 10 on the survey despite these issues.
