Invisible enemies

Has anyone run into a bug where enemies are invisible besides their guns until they are damaged or you zoom in to see them? Just got done with some ranked games and the last two I played I could not see the body of the enemy (like they were cloaked) until I either zoomed in on them or they took damage and could see their shield. Obviously very annoying. This was also happening to my teammates, they had the issue before I did.
