I'm having trouble running certain games that my PC and its components should be running smoothly and without any problem

Hi everyone, how are you?

So, here's my problem: I've been wanting to play games like Hogwarts Legacy, or the recently-launched Resident Evil 4 Demo, but everything's been running very slow, like, low FPS and poor rendering quality.

I'll speak specifically about Resident Evil 4, as an example: I tried to run the game with the presets it came with when opening it, since the settings are based upon the components of the computer running the game (I know, every game does that lol). Like I said before, very low FPS and rendering quality.

I tried to lower the graphics' settings but everything kept looking the same. And this also happens when I'm playing Hogwarts Legacy. I don't know if I didn't set the configurations for my CPU or GPU well, or if something is not working properly, but I'm very sure my PC should be running everything smoothly because most of its components are high-end products.

Can you please help me? Maybe the solution is something really dumb but seriously, I don't know what else to do.

My components are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3DGPU: ASUS TUF Gaming Nvidia RTX 3080 12 GBRAM: Kingston Fury DDR4 2x8 GB 3600 mHzMOTHERBOARD: MSI B450 Tomahawk MAXPSU: ASUS TUF Gaming 750W 80 Plus Bronze

(PS: I mention those games as examples since they are the first AAA-titles I try with these components, I upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 3600XT and my GPU from a ASUS Phoenix GTX 1660 Super.)

UPDATE:

I think I'm having trouble with my RAM. I ran CPU-Z and went to the "Memory" tab, and in General and in Timings, frequency runs at 1599.6 MHz. I thought I settled everything just fine on my BIOS but guess I did something wrong. Help?
