relapsed after a week into recovery

i’m exactly a week purge free and i slipped today, feeling rlly shitty. ik it’s bc of the weather/boredom :/ ugh. i dunno i just wanted to vent. i don’t know if i should still count this day or not as a day in my recovery. it seems so disheartening to put tomorrow back at day one
