Dating a woman who is separated

So I meet this girl and we hit it off pretty well, and I find out that she’s still legally married but separated from her husband for over 5 years now (married in 2015). She explains that it was a court marriage and divorce expenses are expensive (to be fair), she doesn’t find it that big of a deal. I still don’t know how to feel about this, and we’re both serious about each other. Any advice because tbh this isn’t sitting right with me
