we all know chronic fissures take months to heal. What about acute fissures?

How long roughly do acute non serious fissures take to heal? Ive had my first fissure for a week and things are getting better. Without straining, no pain during the day, no pain with bowel movements. No spasms ever. Granted I have not strained at all since I got it. Do acute fissures take less time than chronic fissures? OR am I still staring 3 months down the gun here.
