ok so i wanna start using transtape bc wearing a binder for 13 hours 6 days a week for the past 2 years has been really really painful, but idk what brand to get.

how do you use transtape?

how do you take it off?

how long can i wear it for?

is it safe to exercise in?

is it safe in general?
