Still trying to learn bet sizing. What if checked to the turn?

I asked standard bet sizing for three streets of value before, and it was something like 33% flop 60=90% turn.

But what if you check your while range say oop on the flop, and it goes check check, and now you're off to the turn.

My guess is you just bet like you would have bet on the flop, but idk, so I'm asking, do you size up, bigger idk
