Need advice to choose headphones for listening to music and playing inmersive games like JRPGs / Soulsborne etc..

Hello guys. Recently i have been searching for headphones and I bought the Arctis Nova Pro Wired and tested them for a couple of days. So I ended up sending them back because for some reason the sound were hurting my ears so bad even at low volumes. I think it has to be about the high pitched sounds.

I tried to look for a new pair but it always get so convoluted when I try to.

If you could help me with some advice I will be truly thankfull. My range is from 200 to 400€.
