Is it normal for the cable to be like this?

Hello! I just got the Deco M and it's my very first tablet from Xp-pen so I can't help but be worried, is this normal? the cable is very loose but I didn't had any connection issues with it, if i move the cable it keeps moving, i'm just wondering if this is a normal from them (since i saw quite a few people talking about the cable being loose) or there is a problem with mine, it's strange because it's not loose to the point of falling of since it's kinda hard to take it off
