Help : need inventory sorter

Are there any tools that can move/sort items between storage/ships/back pack?

I don't care if it's a mod or save editor.

I'm 💩 at keep track of where everything is and i can't find what I need when I need it. Please help this disorganised interloper.😃

Thank you
