Couple of issues: I’d like your advice…..

1: 1999 jeep tj 4.0. Engine surges 200-300 rpm’s immediately after cold start and will continue to surge till the engine is warm (after driving). I’m thinking it’s the IAC…what are your thoughts

2: at high RPM >3500-4000….I hear a loud tick. I’m thinking it’s the old ass rocker arms.

3: sticky gas pedal. Nothing terrible but at about 3/4 push, the pedal sticks for a split second then releases. Nothing dangerous but it causes high revs when I push the clutch. I’ve greased the pedal hinge, traced the cable, and oiled the throttle body arm. Thoughts???
