Will switching to a Mac from Windows give me what I want?

Question

Basically I've always been a Windows PC user, my current build is a i7 8700, 32GB DDR4, RTX 2060 OC. But I'm older now (26) and don't really game anymore and if I do it's on my Xbox. The only thing I'd like to continue playing on the PC is Minecraft (me and my gf play it together sometimes). Other than that I just use the PC for day to day stuff, nothing intensive.

Around 3 years ago I got an M1 MacBook Pro 13" and I love it! It made me switch my phone from Samsung to an iPhone 13 Pro so I could pair the 2 and have everything connected. I then got Airpod Pro's and an Apple Watch 7, very happy with how everything is synced up. I am also a Software Engineer and my company gave me a 16" 2021 MacBook Pro with added cores and RAM. So fair to say I use iOS a lot and love it.

I want to switch to an iOS equivalent or as close as possible to my current Windows desktop so I can do much of the same stuff and coding to work on some side projects. I have no doubt I can do this but being able to play Minecraft (and run it well) is something that I don't know if I can do. Also if I do switch I'm not sure which Mac device is best suited. A Mac? Mac Mini? Mac Studio? No idea. I also use my desktop with 2 x 4K Monitors @ 60Hz.
