Soundbar 700-has power, that’s all though.
Just got my stuff back from moving, I plugged in my Soundbar 700–it all worked. My app saw it, the controller worked, connected it to my network. Went to dinner and now it doesn’t work.
The power is good, I can control the mic on/off via the “button” on top of the Soundbar. If I try to turn it on, it makes a “thump” sound, which is also sent to the bass module. The boot up light shows it booting.
Tried to reset it by unplugging power/cables for 30 seconds to no avail. Might try to manually update the firmware next as I’m wondering if it tried to update it while I was away and it failed horrendously.
Any thoughts, tips, tricks? I had an issue with Wi-Fi interference at my last place and Bose was quick to tell me I needed a repair person to come look at it so I’m apprehensive on their service (a 3.5mm jack fixed it).
