OTW times

Newer shift at a new store, we’ve been open 2 months and are still struggling to get under 90 second window times.. how do y’all do it when every order is multiple fraps? Our literal best time is maybe 80 seconds and I feel like it’s taking way too long to get it together.. any advice on plays, sequencing tips, anything at all would help so much :’)
