Shadow of Mordor achievements glitches?

I have all of the artifacts, and I've listened to all of the memories multiple times however the Shadows of the Ancient past achievement won't pop. stays at 98%. I'm also having issues with the Eregion Reforged achievement. I've built all of the towers.

I'm playing on the Xbox Series X, and I've 100% the story. I'm so confused. Please help.
