Inting Sion is back yet again with Hullbreaker

I played a game in mid lane, and this Sion ended up taking both mid towers by 15 mins in game and eventually inhib/nexus towers and lost. For summoners he had TP and ghost. I literally stayed in mid lane /base but I still couldn’t stop him. Please help

Is there anyway to stop this from
