Question and I ask this with most respect to all in this profession. I am currently working on a story about a Mortician. Do you put the organs back after an autopsy once they were in the viscera bag?

I am asking this because in my story the mortician is prepping a decedent that had an autopsy. I just need to know do they put all organs back and the brain back in the body, then embalm? I can find info on the autopsy but I can’t find anything with embalming and what the embalmer/mortician does once it’s in their care. Also with mild rot or bloating in the face what would a mortician do to help that? I know there are cosmetics but anything specific? Thank you so much for your help!
