Medium purse for my wife

Wanting to get my wife a custom made purse that will last her. I apologize for my lack of knowledge in the area but from what she’s said she likes the Kate Spade Market Pebbled leather medium tote style. I also had the idea of putting a lining in it themed around something she likes. It would probably be easier to discuss more so you could ask the right questions.
