Is my IUD displaced??

I got it placed a week ago. Before, I could feel up to the little lumpy part, and the hole, and a tiny little dangle of string coming out. I had sex. Then, the next time I showered I felt for the strings. Now, it feels like there’s nothing in the hole (where it was from memory of feeling around) and it feels like a long string is wrapping up around my cervix. I’m paranoid that sex dislodged it and it’s floating around inside me. Could it just be that the strings feel longer since I’m off my period now, the inflammation went down, where I’m at in my cycle, etc? Any reassurance is helpful. Thank you!
