Pick up from local pharmacy

I’m too lazy to try research it myself but I recently got on medical (finally) I was just wondering how you guys are able to pick up straight from your local chemist rather than ordering the stuff online and waiting anywhere from 48 hours - 2 weeks, like what do you say/do to get it changed is it easier than I think? 😂 and also is it easy to request different strains other than then ones on your prescription
