Finally got my POTS diagnosis

I’ve been struggling with all the symptoms of POTS since I got Covid in October last year.

Finally a doctor tested me for it. And alas, there it is! My resting heart rate was 70 and jumped to 130 after standing, whilst my systolic blood pressure dropped from 128 to 96. Just feels good to know I wasn’t going crazy and there is actually something wrong with me.

Now to start on the symptom management, so if anyone has any tips please feel free to share!!
