Help! LAN won’t work after switching to Msi mobo!

I have switched out my mother board and cpu from z390 ud(gig) and i59600k->msi pro a ddr4 (non wifi) and i513600kf. I’ve been trying to figure out why since I switched the motherboards, i can’t connect my LAN, the msi mobo shows a green and a blinking light. I went to the manual and it shows the green is my speed, and the blinking other light means “data activity” what’s does this mean? Any solutions or similar experience with a msi or new motherboard? (LAN doesn’t even show up In control panel)
