Need a career guidance

I am 25 yrs old civil engg grad of 2020 passout tier 3 college Currently doing mtech in structure Civil field is dead field . Labours get paid better than a site engineer Need help in figuring out how to switch to it industry. I wanted to know should I switch to it if yes Then what should I learn and how much time will i have to spend learning new languages and codes and everything And what about future of it market will it be same high paying like it is now
