For those who got all the RE apparel events when it originally ran, don't bother grinding again when it rolls around in a few weeks. It will have the same items as before:

It was supposed to be for the 20th anniversary. I thought they going to do zombies in Central Park as they also teased that as a DLC option moving towards that Halloween 😂
I don't think they could get Central Park to work and at some point I think they started saving stuff for the second game because they wanted more money

Does this event give you multiple copies of the apparel, or are you guaranteed to always get what you don't have? Sorry kinda new.
I believe that apparel events have duplicate protection like the one ongoing right now

Same. The RE apparel event is what finally got me to play TD2. I loved the first game but hated the TD2 beta. I wasn't s high enough level to actually earn crates, so I bought them. I have all the apparel pieces, but not the patches. And I really want that Umbrella patch.
All that said, I wish we'd gotten the REmake costumes instead. Especially Jill and the UBCS members.
I honestly don’t that mind they are re-running a apparel event, but if they are re-running RE event they might aswell re-run all of them so people can get the other event masks/outfits. (Black tusk outfit,purifier mask,etc.) since there are alot of new players, they might not even know about those items.

I'm so fuckin happy, I'm a huge RE fan and I had no idea there was RE cosmetics until way after the event
The zombie event itself was a ton of fun, also, great game mode lol.
Did it ever go live? I saw a video recently about it but there wasn't actually a ton of info about what it was gonna be
It was live a few years ago IIRC. it's a mode where only headshots kill, enemies killed without headshots resurrect after a short delay, but you can roll up on a downed enemy and cap them in the face if you're quick

It's basically a cop out from massive.
The Resident Evil apparel should of been made available to everyone (purchase with Textiles) after the event finished the first time around.
I would love for them to do an all apparel event for a special month … seriously they want us to buy them but the game is not fixed yet …

Agreed. RE is a massively popular franchise, so it's good newer players get a shot at these.

I've owned the game since launch, but got disheartened by my lack of skill years ago, so I've missed ALL the apparel events up until season 11. I'm very happy to have another shot at it.

I know I did, missing like half the weapon skins that were part of the rewards for finishing the outfits.
