Can we start an employer-biased post without bashing it?

Discussions 💭

Of course, this is an anti-work sub wherein anti-work practices should not be tolerated. But should we be more curious about the side of the employer before saying OP should do this and that?

BTW, am still pro-antiwork. As well as working smarter not harder with loyalty is dead. But this generation has turned to something you pinch their health bar down to 75%, they immediately want out. Am I saying it's the employer's fault neither the employees? How about we keep a balance between the two? Without bashing/downvoting those into the employer's perspective?

Unless makakapag post din employers dito to defend their side, sure, but I take every post with a grain of salt and so should everyone. I may not agree with some of the rants here but this is the internet anyway and people here are anonymous; can’t control what they want to talk about here.

there’s no need to defend the employer’s side because people who know both sides are smart enough not to talk. less talk less drama.

Although there are mostly anti-employer posts here, there are folks who call people out if what they're doing is not right and explain why something is needed. This sub isn't blindly saying hell to all employers but work within our salary.

Just because this is an anti-work sub, it doesn't mean that everyone agrees with all the rants if it is within reason and the employer's right.

I honestly think it will be "bashing" if the OP is personally attacking the employer without any logical reason

But mostly I see is that they are criticizing it constructively naman and yes, they tend to be emotional but that's internet for you. You cant control it. We have different ways of criticiIng employers
