While Levi does use profanity, like calling the nobles pigs or something, he's still selective about when and towards whom he uses it. Levi is one of the first people to understand what's going on with Mikasa in regards to Eren, so why would he of all people, who knows what it means to lose the people around you even at a young age, mock Mikasa for acting that way?

What does that have to do with my criticism of this joke? I called it "offensive in a boring, lazy way". I don't like Floch, but that doesn't mean I would agree with a "joke" where he's called a "pathetic cocksucker" by Jean or something. Not only would you NEVER find language like that in the manga, it's also simply not clever. Just offensive for the sake of being offensive.
