Does warranty transfer for second hand items?

Question

I wasn't sure if anybody would have experience with this or have a clear picture of the actual ruling around it.

I'm looking at buying a near new quite expensive GPU but am a little worried if something were to go wrong that i'm not covered. The seller has their receipt from mwave but if I've got a different name/email would they still deal with me should something go wrong?

ACL doesn't apply when goods are sold by a private seller. If the thing days next die, you're out of luck wither either MWave or the seller. Second hand is "buyer beware".

It should but probs ulikerlly. Honestly depends on the store. A manufacture defect is a manufacture defect, no matter who’s house or name it’s under. Would this be the same for chairman’s presents
