Ethical Clothing Stores in Worcester (with a Men's Section)

I'm looking to upgrade my wardrobe over the summer and would like to find some stores in the Worcester area that sell ethical (i.e. eco-friendly, fair-trade, etc.) men's clothing. Most local stores I've found while searching online seem to be targeted toward women, but can anybody recommend one with a good men's section?

If not Worcester, I'm also open to going out toward Boston.
