Not getting mods to work

I'm trying to do a very basic modding of Fallout VR (And Skyrim VR) but I seem to be missing something. I'm trying to just start out with FRIK, but it doesn't seem to be working. Here's a screenshot of what I have installed:

What am I missing here? When I load up Fallout it's still just controllers showing up, no hands or body. With Skyrim, it was also just floating hands, no body.

Edit: Figured it out. I had to go into the local files and launch the game through f4_sevr_loader
