Book/Storyline Questions Megathread

Hey all,

Wondering if we can get a book & storyline question megathread going, or if that be of any use to anyone. I'm going through my re-read and have questions arise from time to time, but not worth creating an entire new post for. Hopefully this thread can serve to be a questions thread for anyone else reading through.
