Question - In regard to the stupid decision I made yesterday..

So like, I know that Methadone takes like 5 days to build up in a person's system, meaning that with a 24 hour half-life, at 25mg, I'd actually have like 45-47mg in my system. Does this mean, if, lets say, 20mg took this morning, and I have no dose for tomorrow, that i'll be at like 30mg on Monday when I dose? Like, did I just rip 4 days worth of Methadone permanently out of my receptors? Just curious. Still have minor w/d, but not from the naltrexone. And it's a hell of a lot better than what I went thru yesterday. Thanks guys.
