What’s the best solos to build a good NMS team?

I am sorta new to MUT, and I have an 85 overall from just random challenges and packs throughout the year without really playing but I want to improve my team without spending money. What are the best solo challenges to grind out and make a solid squad either from the players from challenges rewards or selling players from challenges and buying playing on the auction.
