Workouts buffering and then automatically ending

So my last few workouts have been really frustrating. I’ve got about 2/3rds of the way through and then the workout will pause and buffer and then end by itself, when I try to restart it says it’s now unavailable. I tried downloading them to my phone but when I did that it wouldn’t let me play through my HDMI on my TV. Anybody experienced this?
