How does one get flawless?

Bit oif a rant because I am frustrated at seing atleast one Immortal Adept in the enemy Team per Game that literally Just melts me and my Team. I am really Not that good at PvP Overall, but I'm on like 6 wins and have 20 loses or so. Flawless Feels Impossible to ever achieve. Plain frustrating to be honest. I am also not really improving in Skill in any way...
