Does anybody know any good charities to donate clothes to?

A few times per year I try to go through my clothes to get rid of stuff I'm not going to wear, and every time I end up not getting rid of most of it because "I might wear it at some point" or "it was a gift from this person so I should keep it". I've finally done it for real this time, and I have like 8 trash bags full of clothes (still in good shape and just washed). I'd like to donate them, however I was looking into where to donate and it seems like both Goodwill and the Salvation Army have some shady history/practices. Do you guys know of any good charities to donate to that don't have harmful histories or business practices? Thanks in advance.
